This turns on a ws2812 and makes it change colors.

When you power it up the next time, it turns on two LEDs.
|
|
|
|
When you power it up the next time, it turns on three LEDs.
|
|
|
|
This continues until the 24th LED, which turns a solid white.
|
|
|
|
Then the cycle starts again.
|
